ISO2ACT processes your personal data if you use ISO2ACT services or otherwise requested information. This can be by filling in and sending the contact form on our website, by telephone request or by handing over your business card.

Confidentiality

Employees and engaged third parties are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. For this we have drawn up a confidentiality statement internally and we have drawn up processing agreements with parties with whom we share personal data.

Retention of personal data

The personal data will be kept for as long as ISO2ACT needs it to carry out the business activities effectively. The data will be deleted if we no longer deem the processing of your personal data necessary or if we receive a (legally valid) request to delete your data, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the tax retention obligation of seven year for financial data).

Right of access, correction, deletion

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. To this end, you can submit a motivated request by e-mail. We will verify your identity before executing your request. To this end, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Cookies website

We keep general visitor data on the ISO2ACT website. This concerns the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. ISO2ACT uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. We do not make this information available to third parties.
