You can submit a support request, preferably via your own ISO2ACT administrator (usually the KAM / HSE coordinator). A special email address is available for this. This e-mail address is known to your administrator. You can also find it in the ISO2ACT manual. The manual can be found under Documentation/ISO2ACT. If you also state ‘support iso2act’ in the subject line, your request will automatically be included within our support system and a ticket will be created. We will then enter into a contract with you as soon as possible.
